We are celebrating!
Check out our latest news release about how we are celebrating our first year at our new Weston-super-Mare depot…
The last year has been pretty momentous for long-standing local firm, Yeates, as the company celebrates 12 months since opening the doors of its £2.8M removal and self storage facility at Weston Gateway Business Park.
The purpose-built facility is now a year old and offers removal services along with 30,000 sq ft of self storage, serving both business and domestic customers.
As a local, family-run firm that has been in operation for more than 100 years, Yeates’ expansion into Weston aims to secure the ongoing growth and security of the company.
Yeates’ Managing Director, and fourth-generation owner, James Griffin, said: “Yeates started life in 1910 as a coal haulage firm using horses and carts for transport. We have come a long way since then, and we have only managed that by continuing to progress and adapt as time changes. The expansion into Weston is a continuation of our company story.”
Customers at the new Weston site can enjoy 24hr access 365 days a year, the latest hi-tech security and safety systems, and even a new business lounge. In addition, the site holds containerised storage and provides space for removal vehicles and plenty of customer parking. The company has had a successful first year operating from two sites – its Clevedon site, which continues to thrive, and now Weston.
James added: “We are delighted to marking our first year in Weston-super-Mare offering the quality services and customer care that is the core of our business and longevity. We have had a wonderful response from both self storage and removal customers, and we would like to thank them for their continued support and goodwill.”
