As part of our customer care package we offer removal and storage protection that meets British Association of Removers (BAR) standards.
MoveProtect
We can provide contractual liability protection for your goods.
MoveProtect is an extension to our standard contract that allows us to accept liability for loss or damage to your goods in certain circumstances. Our liability under MoveProtect can be accepted for most goods we move or store. Please read our terms and conditions and MoveProtect Addendum for full details of the protection we can provide.
To benefit from MoveProtect, you must declare an appropriate replacement value for all goods (known as the Maximum Replacement Value). This figure must be adequate to include all goods moved and/or stored by us.
If you do not opt for MoveProtect, our standard terms limit our liability for your goods to a maximum of £40 per item and it is recommend you arrange insurance elsewhere at your
own expense.

- is comprehensive, covering goods whilst in transit and in store.
- has a £50 claims admin fee and a seven day claim period.
