If you have unwanted items to donate to charity remember you can drop them off at Yeates.

Even if you aren’t moving house you can still donate good quality, unwanted items for Children’s Hospice South West by just dropping them off at the Yeates’ depot.

The new year is a great time to declutter and all you have to do is take your charity goods along to Yeates where there is a dedicated unit for Children’s Hospice donations.

Providing the public with a charity drop off point is a result of the Yeates and Children’s Hospice South West’s (CHSW) ongoing partnership. This has proved very successful and provided lots of good qaulity items for sale in the Hospice shops across the South West.

And remember if you are moving house with Yeates we will collect all your CHSW donated goods and furniture on your moving day free of charge. All you have to do is simply request donation sacks from Yeates prior to your move.

James Griffin, Yeates Managing Director, talks about the partnership: “CHSW is an amazing local charity which we have supported for some time. This new partnership has allowed us to strengthen our support for the charity whilst offering customers a new addition to our service. Moving house can be a stressful experience so it’s great to be able to provide our customers with the satisfaction of not only having a clear out but also doing a good deed.”

The charity would be delighted to receive good quality items including furniture, clothing, toys and baby equipment. Donations for CHSW can be left in a designated storage container in the depot car park.

All donated goods will be sold by CHSW in their charity shops to raise much needed funds.

The opening of our first shop in Bristol, with more on the way, means we are looking for more stock than ever. The drop off point for donations is located in the car park at Yeates, Unit 10, Windmill Road, Kenn Business Park, Clevedon, BS21 6RS.
