booking process
In the first instance please contact us via telephone or email to discuss your needs and arrange an appointment for us to assess your removal requirements. Virtual surveys/quotes are available in certain circumstances. Once the survey has been conducted and you have received your written quote please take the following steps.
Step 1 – Accept our quote
Please let us know that we are your preferred removal firm by returning the quote acceptance form or by ringing or emailing us. Please note – accepting the quote does not constitute a booking.
Step 2 – Keep in touch
It is vital to coordinate your move with our availability, therefore keep in touch with us leading up to exchange of contracts/signing a lease so that we can agree a suitable date. Please remember we cannot provisionally book or guarantee availability until you have paid for your removal. We strongly recommend that you do not book until you have exchanged contracts or agreed a lease and have a firm completion/move date.
Step 3 – Book us as soon as you have firm date
Once you have exchanged contracts (this is not the same as signing contracts) or agreed a lease and have a firm completion/move date please contact us immediately so that we can book your removal slot. At this stage you pay for your removal and your booking is secured.
If you are doing your own packing we will deliver all materials (boxes etc) once you have made your booking. If you need them sooner please let us know.
